Guardian Health & Beauty is looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team at the Aeon Big Wangsa Maju outlet. As a Supervisor, you will drive sales performance, manage inventory levels, and mentor staff to create a positive and productive work environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, handle complex customer queries, and implement strategies to boost store profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
- Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with the sales team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or retail management is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A passion for customer service and retail operations.
