Econsave, one of Malaysia’s fastest-growing retail chains, is looking for a talented and motivated Supervisor to lead our Ampang Baru store in Ipoh, Perak. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring we deliver exceptional value and service to our customers every day.
Your primary duties will include supervising and developing a team of retail staff, managing inventory and stock levels, implementing visual merchandising standards, and driving sales growth. You will also handle scheduling, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team. Additionally, you will analyze sales reports, monitor expenses, and collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies that maximize profitability and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates, cashiers, and stock handlers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory processes including stock ordering, receiving, rotation, and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage and optimize turnover.
- Implement visual merchandising plans to maintain an attractive store layout and promote key products.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement; prepare reports for management.
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment, complying with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in budget planning and expense control to achieve financial objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Sound understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and sales processes.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with POS systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high standards of service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
