Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily store operations, including staff scheduling and workflow management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained at all times.
- Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to enhance performance and morale.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and handle stock replenishment.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and organized shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or retail management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
