Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain high standards of merchandising and customer service
- Train and mentor new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and assist with replenishment processes
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance and product presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in scheduling staff assignments and maintaining optimal coverage during business hours
- Contribute to store performance analysis and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and hygiene protocols
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits including Mathematics
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with leadership potential
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Willingness to undergo rotational training across different store departments
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 20kg
