- Oversee daily store operations and maintain high customer service standards
- Train and mentor apprentices in product knowledge and sales techniques
- Assist in staff scheduling and task delegation for optimal efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with management
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for store performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with strong academic record
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong leadership potential and team collaboration abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory systems
- Adaptable problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments
