Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Support inventory management processes and stock reconciliation
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Train junior staff on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Implement visual merchandising and store presentation guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations effectively
- Analyze sales data and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in weekly management meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Strong leadership potential and team management aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/public holidays
