Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Supervisor in managing daily store operations and ensuring high standards of service.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve any complaints or issues efficiently.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Conduct daily team briefings and support in preparing sales reports.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Must be willing to undergo a training program to become a qualified Supervisor.
