Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior supervisors in daily store operations and workflow management
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and manage replenishment processes
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Train new hires on product knowledge, procedures, and customer service protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Support loss prevention measures and store safety compliance
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Strong interest in retail management and leadership development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
- No prior experience required – training provided
