MR.DIY, the largest home improvement retailer in Malaysia and a rapidly expanding global brand with over 2,000 stores worldwide, is seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our prestigious Supervisor Apprentice Program (SAP) at our Pusat Komersial Anggun City branch in Rawang, Selangor. As a Supervisor Apprentice, you will undergo comprehensive training covering all facets of retail operations, from inventory management and visual merchandising to customer service excellence and team leadership. You will work closely with experienced store managers and mentors, learning the MR.DIY way of delivering exceptional value, quality, and service to our millions of loyal customers across Malaysia.
Throughout the program, you will rotate through various departments, mastering the skills required to run a multi-million Ringgit retail operation. You will learn how to analyse sales data, manage stock levels to minimize shrinkage, create engaging product displays, and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results. This is an immersive experience where you will be challenged, supported, and developed every single day.

Tanggung Jawab
- Undergo structured on-the-job training across all departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Merchandising).
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Learn and implement effective inventory management techniques, including stock receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in performance evaluations and actively work towards leadership competencies.
- Assist in training and guiding part-time staff and sales associates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong desire to build a career in retail management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Possess own transportation and willingness to work in Rawang, Selangor.
- No prior work experience required, but any customer-facing experience is a plus.
