MR.DIY is Malaysia's leading retail chain, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our Supervisor Apprentice Program (SAP) in Taman Beringin Jaya, Mantin. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or school leavers who are eager to kickstart a career in retail management. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced supervisors to learn the ropes of store operations, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
You will gain hands-on experience in inventory control, visual merchandising, and sales execution. The program is designed to groom the next generation of retail leaders, offering a clear pathway to progression within our dynamic organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
- Train and support new team members to ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor stock levels, perform stock counts, and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and adheres to brand standards.
- Handle cashier duties and resolve customer queries effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM/STPM holders are encouraged to apply.
- No prior work experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
