This structured apprenticeship is designed to transition aspiring leaders into effective retail supervisors. You will gain hands-on experience in store operations, team leadership, and inventory management. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and maintaining high standards of service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate floor staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and stock accuracy checks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to boost store performance and revenue.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports regarding sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and organized work habits.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-changing retail environment.
