Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Assist in staff scheduling and performance monitoring
- Train new employees on product knowledge and service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance store appeal
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Contribute to sales targets through upselling and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification required
- Strong interest in retail operations and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
