Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock reconciliation processes
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Contribute to sales performance analysis and improvement initiatives
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with strong academic record
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English communication
- Basic computer literacy including MS Office applications
- Strong interest in retail operations and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proven leadership potential through extracurricular activities or prior roles
- Valid Malaysian driving license (preferred for logistics support)
