As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will be immersed in the daily operations of a high-volume retail environment. You will learn how to manage inventory, optimize store displays, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. This role is designed for those who want to learn the ins and outs of store management in a supportive and dynamic environment. We value initiative and offer a structured training curriculum to ensure you are well-equipped for future responsibilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Train and mentor new staff members on company policies, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock counts, and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
- Ensure the store is well-merchandised, clean, and organized to provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote MR.DIY loyalty programs effectively.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets through effective teamwork and motivation.
- Learn and apply basic cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Strong passion for the retail industry and a desire to learn management skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to undergo the 3-month Supervisor Apprentice Program training.
