Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the store management team in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Learn and support inventory management processes including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive shopping environment.
- Participate in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring to develop leadership skills.
- Analyze sales data and assist in implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promotional goals.
- Complete all required training modules and assessments within the program timeline.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive learning attitude.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail management systems.
- High level of adaptability, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work at Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.
