This 12-month structured apprenticeship is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to become a future leader in retail. You will gain hands-on exposure to every facet of store operations, including inventory management, customer service excellence, sales strategies, and team leadership. Throughout the program, you will be mentored by experienced store managers and participate in formal training modules covering people management, financial basics, and operational efficiency.
Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to a Supervisor role, taking charge of a team and contributing directly to store success. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates, early-career professionals, or anyone with a strong desire to grow in a dynamic retail environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Learn and apply supervisory skills, including shift scheduling, task delegation, and team coaching.
- Monitor inventory levels, support stock replenishment, and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Participate actively in all training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
- Uphold company standards for store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of work experience are welcome.
- Degree or Diploma in any field, preferably Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive, positive mindset.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
- Local candidates or those able to commute to Port Klang regularly.
