Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Manage inventory control and stock reconciliation processes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Train new staff on product knowledge and SOPs
- Participate in weekly team meetings and performance reviews
- Support achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent minimum qualification
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Malaysian driving license (preferred)
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality)
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to undergo background check
