Tanggung Jawab
- Assist daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Support inventory management through stock counts and replenishment
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge and service standards
- Monitor store appearance, safety protocols, and merchandising standards
- Process customer transactions and resolve service inquiries
- Collaborate with management team on operational improvements
- Participate in quarterly apprentice assessments and development reviews
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work retail shifts including weekends/holidays
- Proactive problem-solving and customer service mindset
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
- Interest in retail operations and career advancement
