Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering, receiving, and replenishment processes to minimize shrinkage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Support the achievement of monthly sales targets and participate actively in promotional campaigns.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Participate in training sessions and shadow experienced supervisors to develop leadership and operational competencies.
Kualifikasi
- Open to all applicants; no prior work experience required (Apprentice role).
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder or currently pursuing a degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and store management.
