As an apprentice supervisor, you will step into a pivotal role within the store, working closely with experienced management to oversee daily operations. You will gain hands-on experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and team leadership. Tanggung Jawab
- Store Operations: Assist in supervising daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and support new store associates to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in stock replenishment, and participate in regular stocktakes to minimize shrinkage.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store displays are organized, clean, and appealing to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Cash Handling: Assist in managing cash registers, processing transactions accurately, and performing daily cash reconciliation.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures at all times.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing daily sales reports and identifying areas for improvement within the store.
Kualifikasi
- Education: SPM/Diploma holder or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory; we value attitude and potential over experience.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong numerical skills for inventory handling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Attitude: A proactive, willing-to-learn mindset with a passion for the retail industry.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and closing days.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium-weight merchandise.
