Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow store supervisors to learn daily retail store operations and management.
- Assist in managing floor teams to ensure optimal service levels and store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Learn to handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Participate in daily sales reporting and cash management procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Retail Management or Business studies are a plus).
- Fresh graduates with high energy and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a customer-centric mindset and a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for basic reporting tasks.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks within the store environment.
