Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control and ordering processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and displays are attractive.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on company policies and product knowledge.
- Handle cash transactions and daily sales reporting accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
- A passion for retail and a customer-centric attitude.
