Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily supervision of store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate stock replenishment.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service to build brand loyalty.
- Assist in implementing new company policies and procedures to improve store efficiency.
- Perform cash handling duties, including closing tills and preparing accurate daily sales reports.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM holder or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields.
- A strong passion for the retail industry and a clear career goal to become a manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems and reporting.
