As a Supervisor Apprentice, you will undergo a structured training curriculum that blends on-the-job learning with mentorship from experienced store leaders. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Supervise and train retail staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and manage product display to ensure accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and boost sales.
- Support loss prevention measures and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Diploma or relevant retail management certificate is an advantage.
- Strong leadership potential and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn new skills.
- Available to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
