Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment processes
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience and product visibility
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to optimize store performance
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining service excellence
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent minimum qualification with strong academic record
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Proven leadership potential through extracurricular activities or part-time roles
- Valid Malaysian driving license (for store operations support)
