Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations and management of the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise display.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on operational procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma holder.
- Strong passion for retail and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Willingness to learn and develop leadership capabilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays.
