MR.DIY is Malaysia's leading value-for-money retailer. We are now inviting dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Supervisor Apprentice Program (SAP) in Selangor. This program is specifically designed for aspiring leaders who want to kick-start their career in retail management and operations. As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will be exposed to the full spectrum of store activities, ranging from customer relationship management to inventory control and team leadership. You will work closely with experienced Store Managers to ensure the store meets its targets and delivers exceptional customer experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving inquiries.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and merchandising.
- Mentor and train junior staff members to improve team performance and morale.
- Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards and store display guidelines.
- Handle cash handling and daily reporting accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Identify sales opportunities and assist in achieving monthly store targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for retail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use retail management software.
- Leadership potential and a strong desire to learn.
