Tanggung Jawab
- Assist daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Learn and implement merchandising standards and visual display techniques
- Support team training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols
- Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer inquiries
- Assist in scheduling staff and delegating daily tasks
- Participate in loss prevention measures and inventory audits
- Shadow senior supervisors to understand leadership best practices
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Interest in retail operations and career advancement
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
- Physical ability to handle store environment (standing, lifting up to 10kg)
- No prior experience required – training provided
