As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will be immersed in a comprehensive training track designed to fast-track your career. You will work closely with experienced store management teams, gaining hands-on experience in daily operations, visual merchandising, and sales strategies. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are ready to lead teams and drive store performance to new heights.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily supervision and management of store operations to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the procurement team to minimize shortages.
- Ensure the store complies with visual merchandising guidelines and adheres to all company safety and operational policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, process transactions efficiently, and resolve complaints to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports and provide feedback to the management team to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new promotional activities and store improvement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory for this apprentice role.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities.
