MR.DIY is seeking ambitious and energetic individuals to join our Supervisor Apprentice Program (SAP) in Bandar Saujana Putra, Jenjarom. This program is specifically designed to transform high-potential individuals into future retail leaders through comprehensive hands-on training and mentorship.
As an apprentice, you will gain deep insights into store operations, inventory management, customer service excellence, and team leadership. You will work closely with experienced store managers who will guide your professional development. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations and ensuring standard operating procedures are strictly followed.
- Lead and motivate store associates to achieve daily sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, replenishment, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and training requirements to maintain optimal store productivity.
- Prepare regular performance reports for regional management and participate in store strategy meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to influence and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for operational detail.
