Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow store managers to learn daily operational workflows and store maintenance standards.
- Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays to ensure high availability.
- Lead and motivate junior staff members to maintain excellent service standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally to drive customer loyalty.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor store security and cash management procedures in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare performance reports and provide constructive feedback to improve team productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the retail industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or work effectively within a group environment.
