MR.DIY is currently seeking driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our exclusive Supervisor Apprentice Program (SAP) located in Taman Langat Utama, Banting. This full-time opportunity is designed for those who aspire to build a successful career in retail management. As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will undergo comprehensive training to master store operations, inventory control, and customer relationship management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of the retail store to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Support the Store Manager in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Supervise and guide junior staff members to maintain high service standards and team morale.
- Handle cashier duties, including accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Monitor store cleanliness, safety standards, and housekeeping procedures.
- Participate in promotional activities to drive sales and meet store targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/SPM(V) or equivalent educational qualifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- No prior work experience required (Apprenticeship focus).
- Valid identification (MyKad) is required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
