Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in the daily operations and management of the MR.DIY store.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Train and support store staff to ensure high performance and teamwork.
- Monitor sales targets and contribute to achieving daily and monthly operational goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment for customers and employees.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new strategies and improve store performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred, though SPM/STPM holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Passion for retail and a keen interest in store management and leadership.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
