Your daily responsibilities will include assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to interact directly with customers, handle inquiries, and contribute to the team's overall success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and manage stock taking processes accurately.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in training new employees and conducting regular staff briefings and performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a high school certificate or equivalent (SPM/STPM/Diploma).
- Strong leadership potential and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
