As an SAP trainee, you will dive deep into every aspect of store operations, from merchandising excellence to team leadership and inventory management. You will work closely with experienced store managers who will guide your development, ensuring you gain the confidence and expertise needed to oversee daily retail operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow store supervisors to learn and implement daily operational workflows.
- Ensure high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving stock, shelf replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve on-site customer inquiries effectively.
- Supervise junior retail staff and foster a positive, productive team environment.
- Assist in sales reporting and analyzing store performance metrics.
- Support store management in human resource administrative tasks and shift scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership potential with a 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Taman Nusa Bestari 3, Skudai.
