Tanggung Jawab
- Assist store managers in daily operational oversight and team coordination
- Learn inventory control procedures including stock management and reconciliation
- Implement customer service standards and resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Participate in staff training and performance monitoring activities
- Monitor store compliance with safety protocols and visual merchandising standards
- Support scheduling and task delegation for frontline staff
- Contribute to sales targets through customer engagement and upselling techniques
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Leadership potential with problem-solving aptitude
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
