Tanggung Jawab
- Undergo structured on-the-job training in daily retail operations, store management, and customer relations.
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising floor staff, ensuring optimal productivity, and maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure attractive product merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist in managing cash counter operations and basic daily financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in store promotional activities to drive sales growth and meet outlet targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or any related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
