Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and coordinate replenishment processes
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Analyze sales performance data and recommend operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service environment
- Strong leadership potential with demonstrated teamwork skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Malaysian driving license (preferred for store logistics)
