This program is designed to develop the next generation of retail leaders through hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional growth.
As an apprentice, you will dive deep into the heart of our operations, learning the ins and outs of store management, team leadership, and customer excellence. If you are passionate about retail, hungry to learn, and ready to lead, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow store supervisors to learn daily retail store operations and management workflows.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays to maintain store standards.
- Support the store management team in monitoring daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among store staff members.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, health, and security policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree) in any field are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the retail industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile POS systems.
- Demonstrated leadership potential during extracurricular activities or previous internships.
