Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries
- Participate in staff training sessions and implement store policies and procedures
- Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to achieving store targets
- Learn inventory control techniques including stock receiving, rotation, and loss prevention
- Assist in scheduling staff and coordinating daily workflow assignments
- Contribute to store cleanliness standards and safety compliance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with strong academic performance
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
- Valid Malaysian work permit and local residency required
