Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Support staff scheduling and performance management under supervisor guidance
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management processes
- Train new staff on company policies and operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure service quality standards
- Participate in promotional activities and sales target achievement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail systems
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
