Tanggung Jawab
- Actively assist the Store Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Learn and implement best practices in customer service, sales techniques, and problem resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in comprehensive inventory management, including stock receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention strategies.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets, maintaining impeccable store cleanliness, and upholding product display standards.
- Undergo structured training modules focusing on retail policies, operational procedures, and essential leadership competencies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Contribute to team meetings, providing constructive insights and innovative ideas for store improvement and operational excellence.
- Assist in preparing basic operational reports and fulfilling administrative tasks as required by the store management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or a Diploma in any related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with a strong interest in pursuing a rewarding career in retail management are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and team members.
