The Valiram Group is seeking a dynamic Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager to join our Rituals boutique at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). As a key member of our management team, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations, ensuring that every guest experiences the luxury and tranquility Rituals is known for.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly KPIs through effective coaching and team motivation.
- Deliver world-class service standards, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique and premium brand experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Maintain strict inventory integrity through regular stock counts, replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
- Support the Store Manager with administrative reporting, sales data analysis, and scheduling.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and Rituals' service rituals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback professionally to maintain high brand satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in premium or luxury retail settings.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing small teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays at the airport.
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for the beauty and lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail reporting software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
