The Valiram Group is seeking a dynamic Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager to join our Rituals boutique at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). As a key member of our management team, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations, ensuring that every guest experiences the luxury and tranquility Rituals is known for.

In this high-paced, travel-retail environment, you will lead by example, mentoring your team to deliver exceptional service standards while driving commercial growth. We are looking for a natural leader who thrives on challenges, maintains meticulous operational standards, and is dedicated to creating a premium retail environment that turns travelers into loyal brand advocates.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly KPIs through effective coaching and team motivation.
  • Deliver world-class service standards, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique and premium brand experience.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain strict inventory integrity through regular stock counts, replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
  • Support the Store Manager with administrative reporting, sales data analysis, and scheduling.
  • Train and develop team members on product knowledge and Rituals' service rituals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback professionally to maintain high brand satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in premium or luxury retail settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing small teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays at the airport.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for the beauty and lifestyle industry.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail reporting software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
