Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the grocery department to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff to ensure high levels of service and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure that all display shelves are neat, organized, and properly priced according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality checks on perishable and non-perishable goods.
- Implement safety and hygiene standards within the department as per company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven experience in retail, grocery, or supermarket operations is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent command of Malay and English (knowledge of other local dialects is an added advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory management software.
