Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily operations and workflow of the grocery department efficiently.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and ensure accurate stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Enforce loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or grocery supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.
