Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Econsave store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure all products are displayed according to Econsave visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and banking procedures accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment for all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail supervision or store management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle stock movement.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
