Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation campaigns to increase market share and brand loyalty online.
- Monitor and analyze daily e-commerce sales performance, providing actionable insights to optimize revenue growth.
- Manage end-to-end operational activities across various e-commerce channels (Marketplaces, Official Store, Social Commerce).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and logistics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage the online product portfolio, including inventory planning and promotional scheduling.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and conversion optimization.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and ROI analysis for stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce management, preferably in the retail sector.
- Deep expertise in managing marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing digital marketing budgets and executing high-impact brand awareness campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a small team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
- Based in or willing to be relocated to Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
