Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the CAD and Pattern Design team to ensure optimal productivity and creativity.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial design concept to final production samples.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify patterns, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the production and procurement departments to ensure designs are cost-effective and manufacturable.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on digital patterns and physical samples to maintain high standards.
- Train junior designers and provide technical feedback to enhance the team's overall skill set.
- Implement and improve workflows to streamline the design-to-production process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CAD and Pattern Design, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proficient in CAD software such as Lectra, Gerber, or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of textile properties, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written) is preferred.
