Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment and accurate reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to boost store performance.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with the team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail regarding inventory and sales data.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
