Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily cleaning activities to ensure optimal facility conditions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning staff to improve productivity and service standards.
- Manage attendance, scheduling, and performance monitoring of cleaning personnel.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Prepare periodic performance and activity reports for management.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and modern sanitation techniques.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting and team coordination.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for administrative reporting.
- Willing to work on a contract basis and follow shifting schedules if required.
- Reside in or willing to be placed in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.
